Dustin is an accomplished real estate appraiser with 18 years of experience. He is originally from the Black Hills, but launched Ferguson Appraisals in Colorado in January of 2010. In 2020, the company expanded operations into South Dakota.
Dustin has appraised many multi-million dollar assets across the region, demonstrating his extensive expertise in commercial, multifamily, industrial and residential property appraisals. He has excelled as an expert witness, providing litigation support, participated on multiple real estate boards, edited appraisal courses for online providers like McKissock, and conducted commercial real estate feasibility studies.
