In the present day, Dustin’s engagement in the industry remains as active as ever. He has augmented his expertise by attaining the Certified Luxury Home Appraiser (CLHA) credential from McKissock Learning. Furthermore, Dustin currently holds the designation of Certified General Appraiser in the states of Colorado, South Dakota, and Wyoming, where his involvement spans various appraisal associations.
Dustin’s professional portfolio encompasses a diverse array of real estate appraisal endeavors, predominantly focused on the preparation of fee appraisals across commercial, industrial, multi-family, and residential properties. He has lent his expertise to numerous appraisals conducted for entities such as contractors affiliated with the FDIC and the United States Treasury, as well as various government organizations. Notably, Dustin has undertaken valuations of bulk real estate acquisitions exceeding the impressive sum of $100 million.
His extensive experience extends to a wide spectrum of property types, including but not limited to subdivisions, hotels, shopping centers, offices, commercial condominium projects, apartment complexes, retail structures, warehouses, manufacturing facilities, luxury residences, gas stations/convenience stores, car washes, rural properties, easements, and special purpose properties, among others.
